When I first started Yoni Steaming at home, it took quite a lot of effort to establish my setup. It usually included lots of pillows and strategically placed blankets, and even with that support I would find my leg muscles getting tired or sore from trying to hold a secure position over a pot of hot water and herbs.

How do you select a Yoni Steam Seat?
When I began researching Yoni Steam products, I felt there wasn’t a Yoni Steam sauna that was just right.
On one hand, there were affordable Yoni Steam products, but many were made of plastic, and I worried about what chemicals might be released by the hot water and steam that I would then be absorbing into my body. And I wasn’t too eager to add another unsightly plastic item to my home, meaning I’d have to find a place to tuck it away out of sight.
And on the other side of the spectrum were many luxury Yoni Steam products like high quality saunas, but many of these were far outside my price range - and some of the wood ones, while beautiful, were sealed using unknown products or those that I worried might also compromise the all-natural experience I was looking to create.
My recommendation to you is to establish your budget, and then look for the highest quality product within that range, taking into account the following factors:
Quality of materials - Is it made of plastic? Is it made of pressed wood that’s been processed? Or wood treated with chemicals? If possible, seek a product made of cedar, which has natural antibacterial/antimicrobial properties, and one that’s been sealed with a natural product like linseed oil.
Comfort - Does the Yoni Steam Seat or Sauna appear comfortable and sturdy? You want the product to enhance your relaxing experience, not draw away from it.
Size/storage - Does the size and shape of the seat fit well within the room where you would use it? The more convenient you can make the setup, the more likely you will be to Yoni Steam frequently!
Aesthetic - Do you like the way the seat looks? Some Yoni Steam seats or saunas are so visually appealing that they can fit in with your other decor and be used as a plant stand or stool when not in use. Others look more like medical equipment and you may want to tuck away.
Creating my dream Yoni Steam Sauna
Over time, (and some trial and error) I finally designed the perfect Yoni Steam seat! It was then hand-crafted for me by a woodworker and sealed with raw linseed oil. The moment I saw the final design, I knew it was special. Not only was it made with expert precision, but I could feel the love and intention emanating from it. The wood and design of the Yoni Steam sauna was beautiful. I could picture it in the corner of my bedroom with a plant on it. I could see myself putting a cushion on it and using as a stool.
As the years went on, I worked to refine the design with the woodworker to make it even more ideal - including leaving space for a cord in case people want to do advance steaming with an electric warmer inside the sauna and other minute details.
After experiencing the wonderful benefits of Yoni Steaming at home regularly, I became passionate about bringing this practice to others - both with services at a spa and by teaching others to Yoni Steam at home and providing them with Yoni Steam products.
